What Is a Heart-Wall?

1 min read

A Heart-Wall is one of the most common findings in Emotion Code work. It is not a medical diagnosis. It is a way of describing an energetic shield the subconscious builds around the heart after pain, loss, betrayal, or long seasons of having to stay strong.

Why the Heart-Wall forms

The heart is where we feel connection, trust, and joy. When those feelings become unsafe, the body can store trapped emotions like a wall of bricks. Each brick is a specific emotion the system was not ready to process at the time. The wall is protective. It also makes it harder to feel close to people, receive love, or stay open to abundance.

How it can show up in daily life

  • You care deeply, but closeness feels risky.

  • You keep repeating the same relationship or career pattern.

  • You feel numb, guarded, or tired of explaining how you feel.

  • Logic says you should be fine, but the body still feels heavy.

How we work with it at Code 2 Clarity

In The Heart-Wall Journey, Angela uses remote muscle testing to identify the trapped emotions that make up the wall, then releases them one layer at a time. You do not have to relive the original story. The work is gentle, specific, and done at a pace the body can accept.

If this sounds like what you have been carrying, book The Heart-Wall Journey or a Clarity and Release session at code2clarity.com/book-online.
